Please note there could be some scripts that are not compatible with your server specs. Some 3rd party scripts can take more time to install and troubleshoot.

Server Monitoring is designed for organizations that need immediate assistance when ever your dedicated website hosting server is down. By selecting Server Monitoring, your managed dedicated server will be added into our monitoring systems; which are run 24 hours a day, and are additionally viewed by our administrators. If your managed server hosting and dedicated website hosting appears to be down, our administrators will troubleshoot, to the best our ability, managed server, and attempt to bring everything back online to ensure uninterrupted service.

The Semi-Managed options covers most of the basic services managed entirely by our support team, including cPanel Dedicated Servers, our preferred dedicated server control panel. When you choose Certified Hosting's Semi-Managed services, you can rest assured that your dedicated server is in the hands of professionals. Semi-Managed includes:

Basic Managed Services include 2 hours of system administrator trouble-shooting time per month and additional hours can be purchased at $75.00 per hour. Hours do not roll to the next month. Hours include time spent working logged into your server. Please keep us informed if you change your servers password at all times.

Select 'Unmanaged' when placing and your and we'll set up your server with a basic OS install hand it over to you. System Administration is available at the rate of $75 per hour billed in ½ hour increments.
