To UPGRADE your hosting plan, use the following steps, after you have logged into your billing admin area:
1. Go to "My Products & Services" on the side menu
2. Click the "View Details" button
3. Click the "Upgrade/Downgrade Package" button
4. Choose the hosting plan you would like to upgrade to, then hit "Continue"
5. Your new pricing and prorated amount will show. Hit "Continue" to proceed with payment
Please note this instructions are to UPGRADE your plan only. Downgrading is not an option that you will be able to perform from your admin area. If you are looking to downgrade your hosting plan there is a one time $10 downgrade fee. To start the downgrade process, please open a ticket with the accounting/billing department indicating which plan you would like to be downgraded to.
