I Love Our Techs

Ok, most of my rants and raves are completely random and have nothing to do with my job. Today is the day I will RAVE over our tech support staff. They are all fantastic but Jeff takes the cake.  I was having a problem with my email. It could not connect to the server. I had tried everything on my end to fix it, no dice. So I contacted Jeff via ICQ and at first even he was stumped but he stuck with me. After about 10 minutes of checking certain settings, etc. Jeff recommended that I look at my Norton Anti-Virus program, so I did. I quickly noticed a setting had somehow changed on my incoming email scan therefore disabling my incoming mail. Ta-Da! Jeff saved the day:)
